In case you’re interested, I’d like to tell you about myself, and my company. My name is Rusty Kasmiersky. I’ve been involved in real estate in the DFW area since 2002. Since that time, we’ve bought hundreds of properties and helped thousands of property owners in various ways.
My real estate experience started as a construction superintendent for US Home Corporation in Houston, Texas in 1980. At that time, US Home was the world’s largest single-family homebuilder. It was great experience for what I was to undertake here almost 20 years later.
In 2002, we became franchisees of HomeVestors, where I really learned the business, the area and the myriad of ways we can help. The training received, along with the untold situations we faced, helped sharpen our problem-solving skills.
Upon selling the franchise in 2006, Prestige Texas Properties became independent. Since then, our resources have been dedicated to assuring satisfaction for our customers. We are proud of our record of being helpful regardless whether it is profitable for us.
A native Texan, I was born and raised in a small town outside of Houston. A journalism degree from Southwest Texas State University propelled me into the field of sports public relations, where I worked for 17 years.
